The following policies apply to all orders placed through Discount Furniture Connection:
You will notice that in most cases there is no manufacturer's name listed. Because of distribution circumstances in the furniture industry most major manufacturer's do not allow pricing on the Internet if their name or model numbers are listed. While we do not agree with these restrictions we must abide by them. Please do not ask a manufacturer's name on any of our collections where that information is not provided on the website. We will tell you that most of the merchandise we carry is in the medium to upper medium quality level and our surveys show an average savings of $500 to $1500 if you are ordering outside of this area's discount region.
We require a 50% deposit to order (personal check, money order, bank checks are all accepted for deposits). Be prepared to send balance by certified funds within 48 hours after we notify you that merchandise is ready to ship. Upholstery orders and orders under $2500 must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Because of costs incurred in processing credit card transactions we do not accept any type of credit card. All orders must be received by mail. We do not charge sales tax if your order is delivered outside of NC. CLICK HERE for an order form.

When requesting information by e-mail always include your return phone number...e-mail requests that do not include your return phone number can not be answered. You should have a response from us within a day...but because of the volume of e-mails we receive if we can not process your request we do not respond back to you.
Most orders are delivered between 4 and 12 weeks. Order times are estimates and of course are not guaranteed. Please do not call or e-mail to "check status" on orders as we do not have available staff for this procedure. If your order is 2 weeks beyond our estimate please e-mail us with your invoice number and we will check the status of your order and e-mail you back or call you. We can not be responsible for manufacturers delays.
Once your order is ready to ship we'll notify you and schedule our in home delivery carrier to pick up your merchandise. They will contact you to schedule your delivery. Most require bank checks. You will usually hear from the delivering carrier within 1 to 3 weeks after they have your merchandise.
You pay delivery charges on arrival of furniture to the delivering carrier. We use reputable in home delivery services to deliver and set up your order. In the event of damages you will return damaged merchandise at the time of delivery. This is rare, but in such cases we will assist you in any way we can.
